- Plan to take care of several errands on one car or bus trip, rather than making lots of short trips.
- Remind your adult that a poorly tuned vehicle can spew a lot of pollutants. Over 50 percent of automobile pollution comes from 10 percent of the cars on the road--those are the cars that are not running properly.
